Tough times

It's really hard to have no money. This is the second time that we have been is such dire straights. Bill got hurt at work and hasn't brought home a full paycheck in over 4 weeks and his next one won't be a full one either. I hate that we don't have any money for anything. I know there are people worse off then we are and I do count my blessings. I'm just having a particularly hard time at the moment.

Meet our new baby - Hunter! As you all know we lost Taffy and Kipper recently and that left Ellie all alone. Ellie has had some separation anxiety lately and we thought she needed a new companion. Ha! She is afraid of him! But they will get used to each other and become buddies. He wants to play with her so bad too! She runs away from him and hides. Silly girl.

Not exactly like my friends post, but her post on "school days and studs" had me thinking and a rummaging I went through old photos and came up with these. I couldn't find a small enough photo of Bill playing hockey for CBC to post on here like I wanted so I could post one of my cheerleading pictures (maybe another time) but it's strange how much I loved hockey back then and our paths never crossed it wasn't until 1999 when we lived on the same street!
